The rugs we got are fantastic and of high quality. We thought we’d have a bit of a hassle getting them delivered because of our remote location, but the team was super helpful and made sure we got the rugs when we needed them.

The carpet I got isn’t the one I chose. Your after-sales support is terrible. I can’t get anyone on the phone after I’ve paid. Before I made the payment, you were calling me non-stop. Please take this carpet back and give me my money back. If I don’t hear from you about this, I’ll have to reach out to the consumer forum and make sure you face some serious consequences.

The carpet that has been sent is not the one I had selected. Your after sales service is pathetic. You guys don’t pick up my calls after I have made the payment. Before payment is done you keep calling incessantly for making the payment. Take this carpet back and refund me my money. If you do not get back to me regarding the same I’ll go to consumer forum and ensure you get a huge penalty.

The item itself is fantastic, but the delivery process was a real hassle. I accidentally had the order sent to my previous address, which is also listed with Jaipur Rugs. That was on me. However, after that, I didn’t receive any calls from the delivery service (Blue Dart) about the failed delivery attempt. Plus, there was no communication from Jaipur Rugs either, and the shipment sat in limbo for three days with Blue Dart incorrectly stating that I had requested a delay or rescheduling! It was only when I reached out to Blue Dart myself that I got the full story, and they told me to come pick up the package from their delivery center (which is a tough spot to get to in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra). So, one little mistake and the whole system falls apart, leaving the customer to do all the legwork!

The product is super the delivery experience was far from smooth. By mistake the order was placed to my old address which is also on file at Jaipur Rugs. This was my fault. But thereafter I got no call from the delivery company (Blue Dart) of the attempted delivery having failed. Further no info from Jaipur Rugs as well as shipment was pending delivery for 3 days with a wrong update from Blue Dart that I had asked for delayed delivery / to reschedule the delivery! When I checked with Blue Dart on my own is when all these issues were explained and I was asked to come and pick up the delivery from their delivery center (very unreachable / unapproachable place in Bhiwandi Maharashtra), which I did. So one thing wrong and the system does not work at all and its the customer who has to call to figure out the same!

I just gotta give a big shout out to Salman over at Jaipur Rugs. He’s such a valuable part of your team! Here’s the deal... I was in a real bind trying to find a rug quickly for a family event. After coming up empty at the Andheri store, I decided to check online and called the number listed to ask about the Lower Parel location's hours. To my surprise, Salman answered and offered to see if they had what I needed in stock, so I wouldn’t waste a trip. He even made some calls to see if they could deliver it on my timeline. When the staff is this responsive and eager, it really amps up a customer’s excitement to snag their ideal rug. Before I knew it, I had made the payment, thinking I’d get the rug in two days, but guess what? It showed up the very next day! I was so impressed with Salman’s dedication and how he went the extra mile to assist me that I felt compelled to write this review to highlight his outstanding professionalism.

This is a big shout out to Salman from Jaipur Rugs. What a huge asset he is to your company. Here's why...I was desperately looking for a rug on a very short timeline due to an upcoming family function. Since I didn't find any at the andheri store, I checked online and called the number given to find out timings of the lowerparel store. To my suprise Salman who picked up the call offered to check if it was in stock first of all so my trip to the store doesnt go to waste. He also made some calls to findout if it can be delivered as per my requirement. When the staff is so prompt and keen the customer's excitement and desire to purchase their preferred rug just doubles up. In no time i made the payments, expecting the delivery in 2 days and to my surprise again the rug was delivered the very next day!!! So impressed with Salman who went above and beyond his call of duty to help me that i just had to write a review to appreciate his professionalism.
